NordicTrack E7.1 Elliptical Trainer Review

This trainer benefits from the “Intensity Stride Power Ramp” innovation. This feature on the NordicTrack E7.1elliptical trainer allows the incline to be adjusted and consequently changing the shape of the user’s stride. This allows the user to concentrate on developing one or more specific muscle groups.

The equipment has 20 challenging programs to engage your interest and help you achieve your specific fitness goals. Additionally there are 16 levels of intensity which you can select to help you burn more calories or tone up.

The trainer is iFIT compatible. This feature connects to the internet and using Google map technology greatly enhances your workout experience. Train with Jillian Michaels, and receive workout downloads. This feature requires the wireless adapter sold separately.

Other highlights include a cardiogrip heart rate monitor, enhanced LCD display, a workout cooling fan to keep you cool and a sound system with iPOD / MP3 connectivity.

This is a “space saver” model which means that at the end of your workout the pedals and base on the can be folded to reduce the amount of floor space it takes up.

This trainer is iFIT compatible. In essence this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the elliptical. The iFIT feature allows you to experience trails by using Google map technology.

The iFIT feature enables you to customize your own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads, manage your profile online and even work out with Jillian Michaels!

It should be noted that this feature requires an internet connection, and the iFIT wireless adapter, and membership to iFIT which is sold separately.
